We do not issue refunds. All Sales are Final
Exchanges:
Requests for exchanges can only be made within 5 days of receiving product. Any notifications after 5 days, will not be eligible. Exchanges can only be made for same-style items. All shipping costs from exchanges will be handled by the customer. There is a restocking fee of $8.99 please keep this in mind.
Once the item has been received, and after a thorough inspection, it will be exchanged.
All shipping and handling expenses for exchanges will be handled by the customer.
Shipping:
All items are shipped utilizing priority shipping. We understand how important shipping is with our online clientele and our methods are efficient and effective. Our standard shipping and handling rate is $12.
Purchases $200 and above includes free shipping.
PLEASE READ: HBCU CORNER is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages. All packages are insured via the service provider utilized. Once a package is tracked and the status reads “delivered” you must contact your local service provider, if in the event it is lost/stolen/damaged. All claims must be filed by buyer/recipient. We will assist you with any documentation needed to help you facilitate your claim.
